There are colored pencils with thicker and softer leads. I assume this is one of those.

They look real enough to me. There are websites that will check that for you, if you’re so inclined.
The rocks in the last photo look very artificial to me…

It’s called, Castel Meur: The house between the rocks. “Possibly the most famous house in Brittany”, built between two granite outcrops.

At the first house, however, the lake view is outstanding and the garden is well maintained.
And at the second house, someone has probably forgotten to regularly clear the driveway.
At our house, there would be trouble if the mail carrier couldn’t get to the mailbox.
