So is Flora right in this respect? You hold things back. You’re dragging yourself around on the bed and the sofa all day, and you’re not going to hand in the papers to keep her waiting?
No matter who is to blame for the breakup, but such things do not exactly put you in a good light. I see some vindictive b___d in your behavior.
Rather c___dish behavior with adult matters. It will take some maturing, one can see.

For those of you slapping your heads, a little legal background.
In our consulting room, such cases were a daily occurrence, overwhelmingly the product of partner feuds. I don’t believe there is any legal basis in Yan’s case (property tort, parentage, inheritance etc).
I don’t know about Russia, but in most of Europe not signing divorce papers means some personal legal problems for the opposite partner (exchange of identity papers, residence…). Completely apart from the personal psychological detachment, making it impossible to start a new beginning.
They are both just lucky enough not to have c___dren and some joint inheritance that would be a matter for a court hearing/procedure.
Most people here see it all as a bit of fun to chase boredom, understandably. I have been following these things for 20 years. It is a much worse situation when a couple comes into your office with concrete cracks in their relationship and the idea of conceiving a c___d to patch them up. That kind of thing gives you a facepalm.
I hate to be critical of people on here but people shouldn’t really comment on things they know nothing about
as far as i could find out, it seems to be like this in russia: if both partners sign the papers by mutual agreement, the divorce is legally valid after one month. if one partner does not sign, it can take up to a year because the other partner has to sue. which of course also entails unnecessary additional costs
We come here from all over the world, where the rules are not the same everywhere. We comment on all sorts of things, and I hereby claim the right to comment. My background on the subject is much more than yours on my ignorance, here we will have to agree. After all, the laws themselves are not that different between Europe and Russia, probably more so the social norms. I am talking about marital and extra-marital partnerships and the legal sub-plots that come with them. So I am talking from a Central European point of view. And Yan’s laziness. Because it has no legal basis, even if it were in the Third World.
I am referring to your meager one-line reply. But you can certainly set me straight with a constructive reply, which I look forward to in advance. There is quite a small percentage of us psychologists on this site who have taught social legal relationships and partnerships. And I am happy to chat with any of my colleagues.

Without Yan, Flora would have never showed up in VHTV, but maybe we could have had more Hope instead!
And what does that have to do with the fact that some people are now throwing dirt at Flora?
that is just the easy way to try to piss her off and let her make bad comments…
So far from what i read here she is not the one who makes bad comments… that is the other one involved

Man, the idea is that Flora herself started to throw dirt about Yan when she responded to Lennie about why they are not together anymore and she never stopped since. Yan only made his account after Flora was already posting about him. Very ugly from her this tactic to put Yan in a bad light in order to make herself look good. Only shows what character she has.

Flora didn’t write anything bad about Yan. She only wrote that Yan takes a lot of time with the divorce papers. And Yan even confirmed that.
It’s not worth it to take sides. It’s understandable to have our own opinions but I think we should all move on refrain from taking shots at either of them. Before you know it, they will have their own realms if they so desire and you can ignore or follow whoever you please
