I would imagine with whats been going on that perhaps a cooling down period is the current situation because anything else at this stage would be pure speculation. Other apartments have gone from not being on the list in recent months to reappearing again within hours or a few days.

in any case, there would be fewer projectiles suitable for weapons

With the amount of cameras they have in their apartment the relocation would be finished some time in July.
