do not fry the pork hot enough, drain off the water including the taste, pour in the oil, then add the RAW potatoes cut like fries into the pan and continue frying. Isn’t the meat already cooked to death?!? that’s bordering on the double m____r of a pig…
I have to rewind again at the end, I missed the beginning… but that’s another method that I don’t know yet
ps: at least you have sharp knives … unlike over at ariela’s …

Usually you use high heat for frying it a short time on both sides and then with low heat for longer time til it’s ready.
yes, but by the time the potatoes are cooked, the meat is actually completely dry
would have been better to take the meat out, cook the potatoes in the pan and add the meat back in at the end
I always make them separately to avoid exactly that…
