can you get pretty close to the time? the moment operators are great. they don’t miss much
and if they do .probaly video may be corrupted. so maybe it was saved 
I believe only the last 48 hours is Available to the moment operators and only the last 24 hours are available to the normal viewer, unfortunately I think you have missed the cut off for requesting it
