Off course he did the right thing ignoring her, and imo didn’t took it to long, just right till she stopped being a drama queen, and, as always, it worked. I also see them having a good potential as a couple, they are still young and both have them old habits (she as a “princess”, him as a kid) but, if there is enough will, they can work it out for the future
