Either he is a friend of them (in that case the offline reason should be “Personal Reasons”) or participants and / or manager(s) are simply not telling the truth about the offline reason. In any case VHTV should find out. Something is fishy.

I also believe that the offline reason “landlord visit” is not the right one.
My landlord has only been there twice in four years, and only briefly to ask if everything was okay.
I think it could be friends who don’t want to be watched by cameras.
Then you could give the reason as vacation, or offline until date xy. That would be very simple. And everyone would know when it would continue.
But maybe the landlord is also a friend, then it fits again…!

It’s definitely pretty ridiculous, in any case.
Recently, however, apartments have been disappearing without a trace, and with them their threads in the forum and, in some cases, even their archived videos and all videos featuring the former participant…
Maybe there are even understandable reasons for these strange actions, but simply not providing any information at all is just bad style.
After all, we are paying customers just like any other company needs.

I believe that when participants leave the project, they can request that all archived items be deleted.
But I don’t know for sure.
