Does vhtv accept debit cards? I have always paid through paypal
This loophole is a temporary measure which can stop working anytime. The worst thing, the money you have there when you receive such payments will get frozen for like… forever.
Speaking of bitcoin, it is currently not an option when purchasing coins to donate to an apartment or purchasing videos, only credit cards are for the time being.
That’s a drawback of the fact we do not access your payment data ourselves. We cannot resolve your payment problems if payment processor refuses to accept your payment. Your declines have specific reason why this happens, but I can certainly tell that your one successful payment made on November the 6th this year was made with a card different from the card you tried to use for your other unsuccessful attempts. Hope it gives you a clue.
That’s true. We will do some re-work on how Coins and Donations work next year. We will include more payment options for coins packages too

i told them that and still nothing helped, no problem for me anymore, but the ones who not have acces to BTC will have a problem then

because i could not pay with my normal creditcard i tried to with a virual creditcard ,
that does not work either because they ( verotel) want a picture of the card, and a screenshot is not enough

That sounds like this loophole is being used right now. Seems like a book keeping nightmare. Anyway, if that’s an option I might make that leap of faith to buy another year right now. But maybe that’s more of a PM discussion.
if you follow the discussion here you can see how many users would like to continue paying with Paypal. Buying BitCoins is not an option for me and I certainly won’t borrow a credit card either, since I can pay for everything in stores with my bank card and for all purchases in online shops with PayPal. If PayPal should not be possible with VH TV in the future either, VH TV will have one customer less, you will easily get over it. Too bad.
as you can read above… VHTV is not the problem in this issue… it is Paypal who does not want that the money we spend on there is used for adult content
but maybe it would be an option for VHTV to try to make an agreement with Moeygram?

PayPal prohibits all account holders from buying or selling any sexually oriented goods or services that involve or appear to involve minors, or any service designed to facilitate meetings for sexually oriented activities. PayPal does not consider sexual preferences or beliefs as a factor in determining what this policy prohibits.
Whatever sense or nonsense this directive is supposed to have: With what right does PayPal patronize its demonstrably adult customers?

Thanks for claryfing this. Nevertheless, when you google for Verotel, you find some very bad customer reviews, so this company is perhaps not as trustworthy as you suggest. Two questions remain: 1. Paypal works with Reallifecam and Chaturbate, two sites which are also “sexually oriented”. Why not with VHTV? 2. Chaturbate works very well with paysafecard. Why dont you offer this possibility? Its really anonymous and very easy to use. I would really like to make a subscription at VHTV again. So I will hope for more payment options next year.
I googled it too. I don’t find several all-negative reviews matter in any way, and I’m not talking like being biased towards Verotel. They are our business partners, they are reliable, and we trust them. It’s not them you trust first, but choose VHTV to receive your money at the end. While Verotel (or any other processing company) can do cancels/refunds and other customer assistance, it’s the customer who should contact merchant (VHTV in this case) first to resolve their issues. This results in user’s negative reviews because they decided it would be better to bother big processing company with their requests, while there was a website you paid for some services in the first place, and that’s them you should be contacting to. But yeah, let’s remember there is always negative feedback first, just because nobody would ever leave a review for a company they had absolutely 0 issues in the first place. That’s why 11 negative Google reviews are nothing comparing to hundreds of thousands satisfied clients they process monthly

Reallifecam works with Segpay. We no longer work with them.
Chaturbate works with Epoch. We had some meetings with them several years ago but did not reach satisfactory conditions for us to work with them. We may pay a re-visit someday.
Thanks, we will take that into consideration and see if it can work for us.
Meanwhile, if you are located in countries from this list: DE, AT, CH, BE, IT, NL, ES, FR, you can certainly try paying by direct debit via Verotel.
As said, we will work hard on expanding payment options for VHTV next year.
