after 5 or 6 years being a premium subscriber, it is the first time i have stoped my subscribtion, so far its been 23 days. and trully i have no missed a single thing 
it is true that the site is completely dead right now.i dont know if it can get any worse

So many people here saying they don’t renew their subscription. I wonder if that’s only here on the forum or we can extrapolate these numbers to all viewers. If yes that would be really worrying

i doubt the owners are that ignorant ,they must be making a profit from somewhere and that can only be subscriptions ,if they was losing money there would be less appartments and participants and at present thats not the case , i believe that its just an hardcore bunch of followers with gripes me included .
Und anschließend empfehle ich eine Klassifizierung entsprechend BCG Portfolioanalyse. z.B. zuerst anhand der Klicks, dann der Zeiträume wie lange Nutzer auf der jeweiligen Wohnung bleiben, dann könnte man auch die Aufmerksamkeit im Forum mit einfließen lassen bis hin zu jeweiliger Nutzungsdauer bei welchen Aktivitäten.
Hat man sich zu einer ehrlichen Analyse durchgerungen, was in bestimmten Fällen nicht einfach ist, dann müssen auch Konsequenzen folgen. VHTV gehört ja schließlich keinem kleinen Unternehmen, so dass auch Investitionen sicherlich kein Problem sein dürften. Ich greif die obigen Gedanken auf und würde wenn es mein Unternehmen wäre die Manager entfernen natürlich nicht ohne vorher ein eigenes Fundament an Wohnungen geschaffen zu haben. Damit hätte man direkten Zugriff zu den Teilnehmern Die Kosten für das zusätzliche Personal würden durch die Wegfall der Kosten der Manager leicht kompensiert werden.

Well the opening of new places is basically completely on hold. When was the last really new place opened?

in my opinion the reasson they have managers is purely legal . when and if something terible will hapen, vhtv have no legal responsibilities, since its just a platform, thus they need the managers taking the hit. thats what i think. but i do agee i would love to see them gone.

The last place newly opened was Lilith more than a month ago. I can’t remember such a long period without any new openings in the past.
hey dont think im trying to find faults in what your saying .im in total agreement with you . im just airing my thoughts . and seeing as you and others take a more in depth view of how things are run at vhtv . i bow to your superior knowledge, but being that this is an open forum for all to air there opinions thats just what im doing , wether there right or wrong , i still get facinated in how a few members of this forum actually take the time to look deeper and keep us minions in the loop

Reading many comments on this forum makes me think that nothing will change as VHTV does nor seem to read the forum or simply do not care. I also feel that us in the forum telling the tenants on what they should do takes away the whole concept of this site which is voyeurism (OK don’t laugh as we all know that fell by the wayside yonks ago). Many agree that it all boils down to money, many of the tenants obviously earn a basic set fee and they have no motivation or maybe the means to jack up their life. The suggestion of getting rid of the deadwood thus allowing some to earn more might better the site. But saying that there have been huge discussions with some loving some apartments and others hating them. If this site is to improve it is for VHTV to come up with solutions. Obviously even though many have said that they are stopping their subs it is not enough for VHTV to worry.
You can also remove it yourself under preferences in your account settings

So in the last three months we had two new openings and more than 10 places leaving. I guess that also shows some of the problems the site has. Not talking about the places on endless relocation which I think the big majority will not miss when they don’t come back.
That is already the system they use.
