I would close all places on relocation or offline longer than three weeks and ban them from returning. Why? Because there is no motivation to see to get back on the site again. Otherwise they would get up their asses. There can be some exceptions if they provide a credible explanation why it takes longer.
Same with places who go offline for personal reasons multiple times a week. No matter what these reasons are it shows they can’t give all for the project. Better luck elsewhere.

I can agree with you about this but how to do that when this is simply a voyeur site where participants do what they want freely? What is defined as “quality” ? This is extremelly subjective as every member here has different taste. What you like, a lot of others will not and viceversa.
your in germany right ? i think the expected wages would be alot higher than say the countries the more east you go

Sure. But it is not that they are astronomically high. And if VHTV decided to pay more and ditch the managers or modify the concept there would be all of a sudden a lot more money. And tenants could also have a normal part time job for example and use VHTV as extra money. I am sure it can be possible.

Simple. Make a poll on the website (not in forums) which are the most liked apartments. So all viewers are reflected. If you want everybody to participate you can offer some free days for people who vote.

Ok and after the poll, whats next? Change the definition of the site from voyeur to porn ? We all know what people will vote for.
Make the managers to register as porn studios and
re-sign the participants as porn actors ?
How many do you think that will agree with that? And even more, how much will this affect the montly subscription fee ?
This is not a discussion about a porn site or not. We did that in different topics already. So what is next? Simple why keep let’s say the last 3 or 5 places when this is content the majority of VHTV users do not want? This poll can be done on a regular basis (Maybe two or three times a year) to cut the dead wood viewers definitely do not want to see anymore.
Those good old days of Juliet, Anna-Alex, Ana, Misty, Ella-Isaac, Ruta-Christian, Andrew-Christa, Alexandra, Milly, Courtney, Zak, Herman, Heather and many more that i have missed are long gone.

I agree. But still the good old Henry is not what he once used to be at least as of per today. Sadly. 
In previous years, the winter season has usually been some of the better times on VH. More people stay at home and have parties in the apartments. But this year there has been nothing!
Well, to my understanding, i believe that it is a discussion about a porn site or not. Otherwise, how do you define “nothing happening” ? All i see in the comments is “good old days” “hot sex parties” “no sex”, names of the old participants who did the most sexual content… So everything is reduced to sex/porn.
To not mention a very funny forum member who keeps saying “participants to do what they need to do” 
Like there is a conduct code about what they “need” to do. In fact, they already did all that it was needed and that’s to install the cameras in their apartments and let us see them 24/7.
All I said is if such a voting would show what the audience like and does not like. If you or me would like the result is not relevant for that case. It would at least bring some spice back on the site.
I do understand, but that will mean to change the core meaning of the site. Basically, to directly f___e the participants to do more sexual content because people are simply voting for it. I am sure that will mean a much higher subscription fee.
People vote for their favorite places two or three times a year. What the preferences will be remains to be seen. It would at least help VHTV to know what the audience wants and also help by finding which participants to get in the future.
What VHTV does with their money if they raise or lower subscription price is entirely up to them. They will see what the outcome is of that in quick time I am sure adjust accordingly. I am sure they will react fast when it is about money.

Voting and polls are just a stupid idea that would solve nothing! Getting rid of “dead” apartments doesn’t improve a damn thing, it will only give us fewer apartments. The way you need to look at this, is how to recruit more good apartments!

Something that i totally agree with. Ditch the managers entierly will be my first option when talking about the changes to be done. I never understood the purpose of having them. What value are they bringing to the site ? As i see them now, they are something like the studios are on CB. Exactly the reasons why the good models are leaving shortly and make their own rooms from home. Unfortunately, on Vhtv, the managers have a much higher power and influence, they basically control everything that is happening on the site.
VH don’t need a vote or a poll to see what is popular, they already have viewership numbers.

Yes fully agree. This concept needs to change. They need to cut power on them massively. They can stay as helpers and might get some share of money but the payment and all HR related things should be only between participants and VHTV.
It should only be VHTV hiring and firing participants. Managers can suggest something but VHTV makes the decision which managers can’t appeal.
