Support does reply have you check your spam folder and tickets. You need to calm down i fully understand. I’ve been sending tickets and contacting support for years and they always reply. If this is your attitude by saying in your last reply now do you understand then it’s no wonder why support can’t help you you need to sort out your attidide big time i was just asking a question.
When vhtv put in this new format, i am receiving no emails from support. I checked spam and nothing. Don’t tell me to calm down, you’re making comments without fully understanding what’s going on. Something is totally out of whack.
This is nonsense.
The new streaming page has nothing to do with contacting support.
You don’t necessarily have to create a ticket using the contact form on the VHTV website. Alternatively, you can also send an email directly to support@voyeur-house.tv.
Apparently you not only have a problem with the video archive, but also with your email inbox.
Addendum: Of course you should use the email address that is stored in your registration so that VHTV can assign you.
@Mohrchi , don’t feel all alone. I came to the same conclusion you did, and was going to say the same thing, but you beat me to it.
I had no chance to watch apartments properly in the last period but seeing clips uploaded on the relative discussion it seems many activities are not loaded in the archive.
Obviously it is not my intention to raise any complaints to moment operators that are doing a great job for community keeping time from their life but I was wondering if in addition to the standard request procedure, adding clips can be used for the same purpose
