Coast To Coast is a pretty tradidional rock song, so no wonder it reminds you of something else. Somehow it triggers my curiosity too. However, even though the clock only around 18:00 now, I’m already to dwunk to think more about it

Hm, that was interesting. I’m familiar with all the songs mentioned, but I don’t quite hear the song in question in any of them. Let’s see what Lukas might find.
none of them alltough Eddie and the Hot Rods was a song that was deeply burried in the back of my brain, byt that looks very much on Johnny be Goode
The sound of the song also seems familiar to me, but apparently it’s simply a mix of what I listed.
I do think that Status Quo bears a striking resemblance to it.
Who knows if we’ll ever figure this out
