As I have already said via helpdesk, your card is not accepted due to potential fraud. You can try another card or BitCoin payment or contact Verotel by given email. I don’t think any of users are able to assist better than our support services in this matter =)))

ben bitcoin kullanmıyorum kaç defa verotel ekibiyle iletişime geçtim bana dönüş yapmadılar çok üzgünüm üye olamıyorum ben yıllardır bu siteye üyeyim severek izliyorum ama üyelik alamıyorum çok üzücü sorunumuda çözmüyorlar kimse yardım etmiyor

I’m so sorry it’s happening, it’s a pity for sure, but Verotel has fraud prevention on purpose - maybe you should think about creating a new card or buying Bitcoin =)
