as usual again problems with opening cams… 
Yeah the “ooops message” pops up randomly on several cameras. They work some minutes later again and others fail. Definitely an issue of the site.

I don’t know if it was due to the time change from Summer Time to Winter Time, but in a large number of Realms, the cams are delayed compared to others in the same apt. Does this happen to you?

With some cams, the transmissions in a room are delayed. For example, in the Alecia realm, there is a delay of almost two minutes in the transmission of a cam in the living room or bedroom. Perhaps the router should be restarted there so that the cams can update themselves again.

Yes, same for me, lots of frozen streaming and random lags, up to several minutes, between cams in a same room.

The cameras have been dropping in and out for hours now on random apartments, I hope this is being looked into or do I need to raise a ticket.
what’s with all the OOPPS something happened crap thought this was fixed now doing it again frustrating
I have a raised a ticket for this as the apartments have become unwatchable.

Just curious why everyone needs to do a ticket when clearly the issue lies on VHTV end. Everyone is clearly having the same issue so want can be possibly gained by doing a ticket?

Unfortunately, this has been happening quite frequently for some time now. But as I’m optimistic, I hope everything will get better.

That is true. I did a ticket on that issues many weeks ago. But yet nothing really improved. It is getting worse lately as now we also have some random cameras minutes behind love feed sometimes
