The timeline feature is a neat idea, would be even better if it actually worked. “Oops, something happened” is pretty annoying when in fact, NOTHING happened

i doubt very much he will even see your comment let alone aknowledge it .as for any outstanding issues you can be sure they are aware of them and will probably be dealt with in any updates , crying and calling out top management and expecting a response is totally useless,

Then, if you confirmed, we would request to provide information for diagnosing what could be going wrong. Most of the user’s do not experience the issue, so it’s extremely hard to diagnose just by description

It is not every bug in the data world one is suppose to spend ones precious little time with caring too much about removing either you know. That would be an impossible task for me and my head to be honest.
