I have seen exactly this type of pattern before. Something tells me I will see it again. 
when on pause it should stop but it keeps running…
What seems to have been fixed is that it won’t go back for about a minute so you have to wait for it to go back to where you paused it

Some of the same problem pattern still is there for me, but I choose to ignore it only though.

This problem is important when captures pictures or when you want to do something else and then keep watching it I hope to gets fixed

Yeah, i was perhaps beginning to care to much and was getting all the smartass comments so thought, bollocks, leave it alone. 
It is not often I get accused of being a smartass, but that has happened here.
