New issue (well, new to me, since the swap over):
The screen simply goes completely black, when I go to full screen mode, with any of the cameras. I have to go back to ‘normal’ mode and then go to the full screen again, to correct the issue. An annoying (and totally unnecessary) problem, to say the least! 
Can’t reproduce that. Can you try to restart your browser and see if it is still there after that? Could be memory issue maybe?
I did wonder if it might even be a graphics card (and related issues) kind of problem. In which case, my moan should not be directed at VHTV and I will take it back!
Every day a new issue. Now the red line in the timeline is not appears. So it’s more difficult to search old moments. 
I have been having issues ever since the upgrade - certain apartments freeze or kick me out or crash. I have tried multiple browsers.
Support is now telling me to try a VPN which I have never had to use before. Have others had success using a VPN? I am located in the US, connecting has never been an issue before.
If these problem persists, I am going to pull my hair out. Thank god the archive still works fine. If that goes, i may be out.
