I have been having issues ever since the upgrade - certain apartments freeze or kick me out or crash. I have tried multiple browsers.

Support is now telling me to try a VPN which I have never had to use before. Have others had success using a VPN? I am located in the US, connecting has never been an issue before.

If these problem persists, I am going to pull my hair out. Thank god the archive still works fine. If that goes, i may be out.
