Friendly bit of advice, donā€™t for now let them sort out their own crap first :rofl:

Why canā€™t they just go back to the previous version of the site? New version is full of issues and bugs. Archive and forum work fine (since they were not placed in the new version).

And when you send tickets they donā€™t give you a solutionā€¦ they only respond ā€œwe already know about this issue and we are trying to fix it.ā€ But they donā€™t fix anything.

Because last nights problems were not caused by the new version. How could the new version caused them if they are now no longer there in exactly the same version?
Sometimes I really wonder why people canā€™t even do some basic logical thinking before writing things which make no sense at all :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::thinking:
Despite some minor bugs the new version runs fine and there is zero reason going back to old version.

How can one person talk so much nonsense, are you being paid for it? Many people canā€™t log in and, in your opinion, itā€™s their own fault. I was a system administrator for 30 years and I have to listen to such rubbish from you, I demand performance for my money.

Another one who does not, read, think or understand. BEFORE the problems last night the login issues occassionally occured for some people and were only a minor bug.
The big problems last night were caused by something else as the new version is still active and the problems from last night are now fixed.

So far I havenā€™t been able to complain, apart from minor problems everything has been fine. Now I can no longer log in as usual although nothing has been changed to my hardware or software.

I donā€™t have to sign in. I call the streming page and I am logged inā€¦ :stuck_out_tongue:

When I close the browser, all cookies are deleted, I have set this up, so I have to log in every time.

This is sometimes useful, but as you can see, it can also lead to problems. I donā€™t know why it is so, but I deleted after the introduction of the new Streaming site all of VHTV Cookies, I logged in on the streaming page and in the Forum and I have been logged out since then never again.

So it is your fault you get logged out everytime. How can the login be saved if you delete the cookies where it is saved? :thinking:

Apparently you talk a lot without knowing anything! I can log out and in on any page, cookies are saved for the session and then deleted.

I have been logging in every day since October without any problems. Since today I can no longer log in with Firefox, for example, which I have always used. Iā€™m just annoyed that certain people simply brush it aside

Iā€™m not talking about yesterdayā€™s problems. I still have issues to log in and also problems with the timeline and the live broadcast. For me they are not ā€œminorā€ as you say, since they make the experience in VH not pleasant at all. What is clear to me is that they migrated the site without even having done enough testing and they have us as a guinea pig. I suppose it was a ā€œmarketingā€ move to attract more customers, but I think they will achieve the opposite. Iā€™m not going to renew my subscription if the site continues to be this bad.
