Well my forum login is still fucked up whether i am subscribed or not.
Have reported it to support before but it i still ongoing.

I logged in today and when i did it took me to the main website account instead of logging straight in had to go for a second attempt before i got in. Everything with this new update is gone wrong.

Meine Timeline geht auch immer noch nicht seit über drei Wochen , kann sie nicht nützen dass ist eine Frechheit saftladen !!

Well when everything has been fixed and working ok i may consider re-subscribing, until then ain’t gonna waste my money.
Even in the main streaming of the apartments i am still getting jumps forward in the video stream.

Ja ich versteh dass :100:. Dass ist nicht okay was VHT hier treibt !

Since the same users keep complaining here, it seems like it’s a problem with their profiles rather than with the website.

Would be much easier if VHTV published a list of supported OS and Browsers so people with exotic configurations know what to use.

I no longer have the issue of getting logged out on mobile anymore since some days. Only issue remaining is the pause on timeline and the cosmetic issue JonR reported above.

Instead of simply ranting which will help nobody you should provide some information so people can help you:

  • Video and / or screenshots of the problem
  • Detailed description of the problem (Not just “My timeline does not work”)
  • Which Browser do you use?
  • Which OS do you use?
  • Do you use any third party tools or browser extensions?

Let me get this straight: You had an issue while logging in (Which was fixed by a second attempt) and this makes you say everything went wrong? :roll_eyes::thinking:

This has absolutely nothing to do with the new VHTV software. The forums software was not updated. So to keep things clean I suggest to make a new topic for that or simply report it to support.

I’ve already done it, but I’m happy to do it again. I use an IPhone 14 Plus go in via Safari where I have already tried other browsers and also other devices such as a laptop everywhere I have the problem. If I want to watch the timeline and e.g. while watching the timeline the cam change, I automatically go back to live, and that was not the case before!

Still happens log out and it does it again while logging in i press sign in and the page immediately goes to my VHTV account which it shouldn’t and hasn’t done before with the last version of VHTV so i reset and go back to the forum again which still shows i’m not logged in so i press log in on the forum for a second attempt and i’m in which should have happened on the first try… Still getting logged out of my main VHTV account which still happens. Also the other issues other users have that some have no issues while others have. Conclusion the new update is worse than the old one with no current fixes for the main issues.

What is the configuration on your laptop? You did not answer if you use any browser extension or other 3rd party tools. Also a quick video of the problem would be good.

It is very hard to read. Do you have problems with the forums or the main site?
