Fortunately I never had any of the problems mentioned above other than the problem that itâs not possible to pause the timeline and sometimes get logged out on mobile version.
One interesting thing with this new version apparently, we still have access to the timeline when an apt goes offline.
I donât know why you use the word maintenance. Thatâs my point. I am kinda getting ripped off because no maintenance is being done on whatever is wrong with the timeline the archive the archive timeline or whatever it is. And I donât know why Iâm having to tag @BusyBee
Then please forget the idea and just contact support directly with a detailed problem description. Thank you.
Itâs a damn shame we are all having problems in one form or the other.
This version should never have been released without thorough testing in the beta stage.
Itâs like we are being used like guinea pigs for fault finding.
A very frustrating experience all round i think.
i thought i was just then gonna get a post from that lovely young lady but she seems to have had second thoughts ![]()
Have been thinking recently she has been ignoring me, you can hurt a guys feelings you know ![]()
Hope I havenât missed any great compliments? Might have been little bit lost as Iâm on study leave for one more day until Friday. Get your best English jokes ready please by that moment ![]()
Wow, was beginning to think i had offended you and that would never do ![]()
Whatâs the studying all for then?
Eigentlich ist es gar kein Problem alles zurĂŒck zusetzten bis alles klappt
There was a Beta test actually. And a lot of problems from the beta test were fixed.
Yes that IS correct, despite what you were told below.
Not correct âŠAT ALL.
How is this still being debated?
On the old site if you was logged in and didnât have any subscription you could turn off the previews, I know that because I used to do it
On the new site you need a subscription to turn the previews off
Sounds like a shrewd marketing technique lol.
1st ) I donât know if someone asked before, but I figured out, if you pause the transmission, like for instance checking something in the timeline, by the time you continue to watch, the current time doesnât proceed at the time it was paused, but jumps to the point where it would have been if you hadnât paused it.
Thus If I pause, because I have a phone-call or so. I have to note down the time where I paused to be able to continue from that point later.
Is that wanted? If so, is there a particular reason for it?
Or is it only my personal situation?
2nd) I figured by other userâs comments, that it is a general issue. If trying to locate a certain second in the timeline, for instance to take a capture, after 2 stops the reload ring appears and the timeline jumps to the next âdotâ i.e. minute.
Thinking you could just point on the previous spot, no, you have to go two back to be able to select the original minute.
In the old version (yes, I know it is gone) you could stop as many times as you wanted and jump foreward like in half second steps. Is there a way to set the new viewer to that standard like in the old one?
Die Probleme mit der Timeline sind seit Tag 1des neuem Design bekannt . Ich persönlich hab Probleme beim Wechsel der Cams es geht immer wieder von vorne los wie eine Art Wiederholung ..
Really, well obviously a lot slipped by then ![]()
It happened to me about an hour ago. It usually only happens when I open a cam in another tab. If it sits for a few minutes and I go to that tab, then click a point on the timeline, it will say that it is under maintenance. The only way to fix it is to completely close the tab and open the stream again. Refreshing does nothing, and changing cameras only works like 1/5 of the time. @BusyBee
From what I can tell with the timeline issue, there seems to be some âautoscrollâ feature where it automatically shifts the timeline every set amount of time, whatever that duration is (seems like 5 minutes or so). When that shift happens, the playback seems to shift instead of just the timeline, so the video just automatically skips forward.
No clue what is causing the issue with clicking the timeline and it selecting a different point in time instead, but it seems to be that autoscrolling feature. Seems to be half implemented, because I still have to change cameras or refresh the page to update the timeline.
