Ja muss ja nicht bei jeden auftauchen. Letztendlich besteht ein Problem wo genau muss VHT rausfinden. Aber so macht die Timeline kein sinn
I can list you a tons of reasons now. Probably most of the members here are pausing the playback once in a while.
Actually, i think it is. Just to be clear, we are talking about this problem when playing back something from the timeline and not the life stream
and if you dont ,i can always put my fight with J.P on hold and come box your ears instead
The timeline consists of the past 24 hours. Every minute of live stream is added to the front of the timeline and one minute is lost at the back. In this respect, the timeline is constantly moving. If you stop it, this stopped time from the live stream will still be added to the front. When you then start the timeline again, it logically jumps forward by this time.
For me, the live stream always jumps back to the current live image after the break. But thatâs what the pause button should be for, right? To pause the live stream. If it then always jumps back to live after restarting, you can omit this function.
I imagine this scenario with Sky or similar providers. If I interrupt a live broadcast and it doesnât start again at the same point. And then, of all things, the decisive goal is scored. Oh dear!
It never jumped forward before. This is not a normal behaviour and itâs definitely a bug.
A paused video should always start again from the exact same moment where it was paused.
Ok, then imagine you go back 23 hours and 59 minutes on the timeline. Then you press pause. After 10 minutes you want to continue watching. What do you think youâll see then?
I am not talking about that scenario. Also not waiting 10 minutes before continuing watching. Itâs happening even after 1 minute or two. No matter where i am on the timeline. Even going back only 10 minutes
Simply said, the pause function is not working anymore
As I said, I didnât pay attention to it on the old streaming site either. If itâs really new now, I donât see any big problem with just looking for the place on the timeline where I paused.
Basically, everything works for me. The pause function is certainly a small problem that can be solved, I think.
The only thing that puzzles me is that there seem to be a lot of different problems with a lot of different users. So not everyone has the same faults
And there are only a few where everything works smoothly.
That actually doesnât surprise me much.
There are too many different operating systems, too many different browsers and ultimately too many different devices that people use to view VHTV.
It is actually understandable that various problems can arise.
This is why we have drawn attention to this problem. It appeared with the new version.
It is just a feedback for Vhtv to look at
The point being, it never used to. We were able to pause it and then go and make a cup of coffee (for example) and THEN retun to the EXACT point at which it was paused, in order to continue watching. It seems we canât now.
Again logged out this issue still not fixed really annoying.
Ich hab auch noch dass Problem ! Mir kommt es vor dass es nach 24 Stunden von selber abgemeldet wird .
Have you contacted support with your problems?
If so, what did they write to you?
If not, do it now. Nobody can help you here at the moment!
Well it has always paused and then restarted from the same point for years or hadnât you noticed that pal
Support hasnât gotten back with me yet. My archive videos hasnât worked since the new format
