I also found a way of āsolvingā the issue. Changing the browser zoom to 110%, basically making the text larger and the live screen smaller. Not ideal really
have you tried deleting the old link from your bookmarks or wherever you load from and then go to vhtv in your browser , then login , then save the link again , thats what i did and now when i click the link im automatically signed in
My zoom is at 100%.
In Firefox the default zoom setting is 100%.
Below there is a box to click on that says: zoom text only.
I think this box was checked for me at the time and after I unchecked it, I was able to set my current image with 100% zoom factor.
I actually always go to the forum first and click on āLiveā in the forum to get to the streaming page. So I donāt have a saved link.
In Chrome, the zoom i am altering now, is for the text as well. The only issue is that the size of the streaming window is getting smaller when i alter the zoom in order to see the hours from the timeline. It is easily visible in this video:
I use edge and i changed the zoom setting from 100 to 80 and it fixed that issue for me along with a lot of others
Itās better if the streaming window is smaller if it means the timeline is properly visible. When you get to the point youāre looking for on the timeline, I use full screen mode anyway.
Always have thought it unnecessary that having logged in the main page you have to login again on the Forum link, why? you donāt have to fill in your details but just click login, so they know who you are anyway.
Why, after having pressed āForumā, donāt you just go straight in?
Itās the other way around in Chrome. If i go to 80% the timeline will not be visible at all
i saved both links after i signed in , now doesnt matter link forum or live ,im automatically logged in . seems like some people are having issues when others are not , wonder if its anything to do with devices used or browsers but i do know one thing cookies can fuk up your browsing experience especially if if certain sites do upgrades , old cookies and new cookies send conflicting data
You understood it wrongā¦
I have saved the link to the forum as a favorite.
Iāll go to the forum about it. Iām logged in there by default. And then I click on āLiveā in the forum at the top. A new tab will then open with the streaming page. In the old version I was also logged in there by default.
Now in the new version I have to laboriously log in again and then also update the page.
Why donāt you do it the other way around and save the main site as fav and after open a new tab for the forum ?
In my opinion, makes more sense . Thatās how i always had it.
P.S: I donāt have any issues logging in
I have it the way you suggest and iām getting logged out after so long.
Iāve always done it that way. Why should I change my habits?
I am a lucky one thenā¦
In honesty, i also have the issue when using the mobile phone
Problems have arisen after the new version website roll out. 1. Timeline takes upto 10 seconds to show after loading apartments. 2. Timeline will not load until page is refreshed 3. Timeline constantly refreshes every couple of minutes. 4. Sometimes when trying to select a minute on the timeline it skips forward 3-4 minutes instead of the one I selected. 5. Trying to go to a tab in Chrome that has been put to s___p, the page will not load at the time I paused it, I have to find the place myself. None of these problems existed before the new version of the website was rolled out, despite version NEW being rolled out for testing nearly 2 months ago. I tried the new version when it was first rolled out and there was no problem with the timeline then, so why now? Anyone else having issues?
I donāt have this problem on my smartphoneā¦
Now you understand why changing the zoom doesnāt seem a good idea for me as well ?
I reckon the display/layout now on a smartphone is way better than it was.
Certainly not as much scrolling now and very fast too.
