maybe kostja is a bit sad to see Marcia leaving as they are friends as explained before and she introduced kostja into the VHTV scene, also kostja may be feeling a bit awkward as he always seems to be moving her just a thought

I think that’s obsolete.
Kostja left the room several times and let Indira fuck Henry all alone.
He even gave her a kiss when he left, supposedly stating, honey I’m limp, so whatever you do with Henry it’s ok.
And when he came back, she turned to Kostja immediately. Henry even encouraged/suggested for her to do that.
(When he was fucking her missionary, and Kostja came in to put himself on the couch, Henry turned Indira around and pointed her to take care of Kostja, and she sucked his dick)
