After seeing that gay sex is featured again I was considering being a member again, but I don’t risk to lose my money just by using a plugin in my browser.

I got banned and i still have 29 Days remaining…
It worked fine yesterday, and i saw the ban until i logged today the first time in.
By the recent comments it seems that a big amount of viewers is getting banned.
I haven’t heard or experienced it in any other sites (‘‘using a plugin will get you banned’’)
just make sure to deactive that on the VH site and that will be ok
this is what i’m doing now but one thing is sure I will never take a 3 or 6 months deal now with all these bann,
it’s more than a plugin it’s a software like IDM for example this is what i used on VH before the pre bann
try to contact them for get a refund of your month suscription
They refund, so no reason to worry. but im not sure if they do it on longer subs too. I just had my first month.

seems they refund also who took a 3 or 6 months deal after the bann
but for you if they said “the bann is permanent” i think the game is over for you on VH
but try your luck to contact them for they give you another chance i don’t know

I don’t know where VHTV is with this now, in terms of finding a way to allow downloads but also protect their content from pirates, but I was banned during my year subscription. I was downloading, didn’t realise it was an issue and promised not to anymore and my account was reactivated.
But, since my account lapsed I haven’t and won’t renew while I cannot download. I hope this gets resolved. I’m not sure about charging per video for downloads, that doesn’t seem fair to me, unless the amount was very very small.
It would make more sense to do what RLC does (I think they still do) which is to undetectably watermark the videos per user. If it shows up on a site somewhere the watermark can be detected and the account the video was used by identified.
If it will become some sort of coin download system, maybe it can be done so that it is free, but limited. A user can download only a set number of videos (for example 30) per month for example. That way a member can download what appeals to them without too much trouble, but it would no longer be worthwile for a pirate site.
Or maybe a combination of these two things?
I hope there will be a way to allow personal downloading for members some time, then I would happily join up again.

They’re using visible watermarking for live streaming (not sure if it applies to recordings if they have any). The pattern changes every X seconds and it is very irritating to watch by end viewer.
