If I was Viktor I would throw the faulty cams in the bin, then we would be free of the complaining about the cams. It’s getting a bit repetitive, I thought it was carlos again 
I think the manager acquires the cams and then recovers their cost from the tenants. Sparkles will know. My point is that Viktor is as much a victim here as ourselves.
No i don’t. That may depend on agreements. If is based on tenants share (that i expect it isn’t) at this point the cams would already belong to them as probably already have been paid
But what i know is that is the only place allowed to have so many cams constantly malfunctioning for such a long time without any kind of improvement / chances / upgrades. Vh don’t care, Managers don’t care, Tenants don’t care
Viktor is victim of what? Where are the extra cams that come from the other place with more rooms and was working? How many of the malfunctioning cams (that are always in the same area since previous place) they have already replaced to at least know the start of the problem?
What i remember is Viktor saying that everything was ok and working when wasn’t true
If the manager acquired the faulty cams in the old place it is probable he obtained similar cams for new place. I think Viktor was passing on what the technicians told him which was clearly incorrect. I don’t think he has much influence on cam selection here but his clicks might suffer i.e. income. I suspect that by Indian standards the performance here is commonplace despite the fact that this is a country with a space programme now. Having said that the CCCP put Yuri Gagarin into space all those years ago and Russian internet reliability still leaves something to be desired.

The cams are the same from their first and second place on this country.
Yeah, he may have just been passing that info but 1º they watch the site on their mobiles, so they can see what isn’t working and 2º they read the comments on forum so they know when someone says that cams aren’t working. It’s their money that is on the table to just ignore 25% of source of income
p.s. i think you travel too much to be talkink on indian space travel and cccp where the subject is 4 cams at VH

I suspect she will have an epic journey if she is going back to Russia. Putin stole all his leased western airliners. No western spares available nor insurance either because of trade sanctions.
My guess is by rail or sea depending where she lives.
I think Jolie had a bit of a rough deal here.
