In that first picture, Viktor is either standing in a kitchen with a very low ceiling or he just knew the top of his head would be cut off in a forum based picture! 
Nice picture of him though. 
Nice guests but nothing more! This apartment, with all the potential it could have, is nothing but a d______e in every way! They only come here on holidays paid for by all of us and they continually disappear from the apartment! When Viktor said that in January there would be a new apartment I thought they should go back to their country, as long as they are there, this is just rubbish!
And all this not to mention the technical problems that they are not going to solve…
