I always found RLC very good, yeah slow at times but people then saw it as more of a true implementation of voyeurism but it had it’s moments.
Think many of us saw VH as more of instant gratification and thought it was wonderful in spite of the constant moans now when members don’t get their sex fix

This part never changed. Without a single doubt, RLC it is much closer to a voyeur site than Vhtv.

Been meaning to get a months go at RLC again but not managed it yet
VHTV is basically sex on demand and heaven help if the members don’t get it 
I only follow a few apartments now and often have no idea who many other tenants are.

I done it in November or December last year, don’t remember exactly, it is exactly how it was back in the day when i was a subscriber there. Even a lot of the old participants are still there ( this says a lot when you compare how fast people are disappearing from Vhtv). Personally, i tend to follow certain girls that draw my attention, unfortunately, the ones that made me join RLC are long time gone and will probably never return.
Not all of it but mostly yes. I blame the greed of a few managers for changing the meaning of the site into a porn circus. You are very familiar with one of them… 
Same here, apart from 2 or 3 girls, nothing draws my attention.

Haven’t joined VHTV in 6 or 7 months maybe, RLC in 3-ish, both are in a lull quality and content wise. I wouldn’t mind if it continues tbh, I prefer having money in my wallet to spend on other things.

Several of the Russian couples who disappeared in 2019 are back or have visited RLC again.
Currently, Dasha & Sasha, Adeline & Markus are in new apartments.
But it’s like here at VH, it goes up and down a bit.
At the moment there is a drought in both places
