You need to check your mailbox yourself, we cannot help you with this. For same 6 helpdesk tickets you made we replied to you with specific instructions on what to do in your case.

Sometimes the instruccions not arrive on the mail (my experience), it shows an empty answer. But if the person click the blue link “view this ticket’s progress online” is possible to see all the instructions.

That’s very good to know for us. Could you please share the screenshot of such case with me via PM or whatever method works for you? We need to make sure our customers receive the best support as it always has been.

It was more than one year ago. But I just open a new ticket [#193740], if you send me the instructions I can show you how I see on Gmail.

thank you so much, this is exactly my issue…not able to view any instruction at all… many thanks for your help…now i went to the ticket tracking…and the instructions are visible… @VHTV_James pls take a note

Not arrive any answer to the email. I have to click on blue link of the first confirmation message to see your answer. When you send the instructions, we not recieve any mail.

Well… Sounds bad, we took the note and will pay closer attention to this issue next week.

We’ve updated our instructions to make them easier to read and follow. In addition, we managed to drastically decrease message size in MB, which should have no issues with receiving those and displaying in your email clients/interfaces from now on.

I don’t know if anyone else is having problems, but today none of the pictures or videos are displaying. I noticed the problem a few days ago but yesterday worked OK. I have a very high speed connection and I don’t have problems with any other site.
