I’m only getting the free cams on a small screen.When I try to log in I’m being told my e mail and password are invalid.I’ve been sent a link to change my password but I cannot remember my old password to enable me to change to a new one. Yes I know.

I’ve tried that and I’ve been told that VHTV support is not available to me and the message will not go.
You wrote them an email? And that was their answer?
I answered as usual in the support section and a red banner at the top said “error VHTV support unavailable to you.”
Write them an email please. If that not works I will try to help you… 
Completely agree, the website keeps switching from being usable to unusable and back again, just going to leave and come back later and hopefully the messing about with it will have stopped
