They are not using a proper housing fixed to the wall to place the cam into. I do appreciate that this is a rented apartment and may be unable to use screws etc for stability

But in that case they wonāt work at all til the cable is fixed or changed. I rather suspect some imcompatibility with the different tech setup they use and the VHTV techā¦

2-3 weeks ago support said that they did some tests (after 3 months finally they rotate some cams) and (was weekend) they was waiting for the working schedule to see what would be changedā¦ the result is nothing
