To me, your question is just as strange as awarding premium days to participants…

Without participants, the whole project and thus also the forum would not exist. I assumed that it was a matter of course for VHTV to grant participants premium access as a token of appreciation. But apparently that is not the case…

Yes, I think so, too. With currently 50 apartments, 41 participants have a forum account as of today. And presumably many of them don’t use it at all or only rarely. But I wasn’t concerned with such details. I was only concerned with a presumed observation and my resulting astonishment - and disappointment…
