I finally found at Chaturbate the corresponding passage (see red rectangle ) that clearly states, that Chaturbate does not claim ownership of the shows. Chaturbate shows are entirely the broadcaster’s property. Broadcasters are the only one who can pursue legal claims against third-party sites.
This means that if we have permission from the performer (broadcaster), we can post the chaturbate content here.
You said that if we have the permission from the performer, we can post their CB content here and i said that’s the case only if Vhtv agrees. Basically, it doesn’t matter if we have the permission from the performer, Vhtv is the only one who makes the decision on what content we can post here.
Is it advertising from VHTV’s point of view if we post photos and gifs from chaturbate streams in the forum?
If you enter “chaturbate” in the forum search field, you will find numerous links to Chaturbate accounts. I have just looked at a few of these links. There is no indication on the CB accounts that the performers can also be seen on VHTV cameras. Are such links tolerated?
Last question: How strict is the issue? (By that I mean, are there tolerances for posting of CB content, because it seems to me that VHTV is generally very tolerant when it comes to posting. (Example: posting of “recordings” of VHTV content although recordings are not permitted.)
Just purely my guess will be that, as long as CB logo is not visible, a pic or a GIF might be tolerated, but you’re right, better wait and see what Kaya answers.

As you mentioned before, our posting policy is generally quite chill. We won’t be triggered with occasional posts of third-party content featuring our participants (given that tenants don’t mind of course). But please don’t post links/nicknames if don’t meet the requirements. Also, we may consider posting massive third-party content as advertisement.
Nothing scary happens if someone breaks the rule unintentionally, I’ll simply remove the link and probably send them a DM to address the issue.
Long story short - please use common sense. Some of Ariela’s sexy gifs are fine, but spamming camming screenshots or posting invitations to CB streams - especially if tenants don’t want to share info about VH or vice versa - is not cool. Me or other team members keep the right to act on any third-party sites posts according to my own judgment on whether it looks like advertising or not
It is actually very well thought out by VHTV to have links on other platforms. It opens the market to many more people who are not even aware of the existence of VHTV and can have a positive effect on VHTV. More subscribers, more revenue (to be shared between residents and VHTV). In the end it’s free advertising.
If you’ve lost access, forgotten your credentials, or accidentally used a different email, no worries. Many long-time users have experienced this over the years, and we can also merge two forum accounts upon request or even offer to do so by ourselves if we notice the issue.
If you’re banned, silenced, impersonating someone else - or if you’re using multiple accounts to create the impression of different individuals (like “wish girls could have massage today”-guy, by the way looks like he has normal active adequate account on forum, but I haven’t got strong proofs yet) - most likely we won’t tolerate that. In such case, I’ll likely suspend all involved accounts, and probably even extend the suspension to the VHTV main site for the most malicious ones (almost never).
Manipulating our polls is a big no-no and may result in an immediate ban.

i think you will find all the post he reacts to with the angry emoji all have one thing in common ,and that is there all pics with a guy in them ,which can only lead to the conclusion that he is a victim of one of 3 things
1 = he hates the ideas of the girls having a guy with them (unlikely but possible)
2 = he is just a frustrated troll (plauseable but i think not )
and finally and most likely
3 = maybe Ariela and Medea remind him of his missus who regulary cheats on him with different guys .
