We definitely can’t delete videos from somebody’s PC. They just lost downloaded moments, and wanted to download bought videos again from the archive, and this wasn’t possible because videos were no longer there.

Anything’s possible with the right programmer. They can delete texts and emails off your PC. It can be done.

LOL! (I’m not laughing at you, I’m laughing with you.) I admire your bravado, unfortunately most hackers would be laughing at you, instead of with you.
Any good hacker, black or white hat, could tap dance inside just about any computer. And, if one person can do it, any other programmer, and a lot of non-programmers, for that matter, could also learn how.
And, no I’m no hacker.
