Yup, sounds like the 
he’s Always screeching and railing about someone or another country. He’s always crying and whining about something. He’s definitely dilutional as he’s already called himself a King. I think that’s funny as Americans already fought a war so they wouldn’t be under the rule of a King. But now they don’t challenge him on that. Guess many don’t know their history lol. He hates anyone that doesn’t 100% agree with him will rages against them. He can’t tolerate others opinions…well…he does, pootin* and musk(rat).
