I know. I’m mentioning it because heavily cropped footage needs to be softened quite a bit when upscaling, which means it ends up looking “cartoony” in the end.

No…because i have the option NOT to load. And next time I scroll over it will not load again and again.
But it would not be necessary to save it with 36355 kbps for good quality. 6 to 8 k would be enough.
And as it has the black parts, even 3 to 4 k could be enough in that case.
