I would imagine, as he hasn’t been there for quite a while, his name might soon get taken off the participant listing and we might see him just visit sometime in the future but yes, he has been there to help Artem settle in when he re-joined the project and moved into that current apartment.
I know he has been there. I just haven’t seen him there in quite some time. I find it a little silly that his name is still on the realm when he is never here.

Not lately as Last update a little while ago was that they was living together and Siora was studying and planned to return when studying was finished but would still occasionally visit Montana & Eva
I asked support last week and they told me that Bono has left the project and that they would remove his name - I assume they forgot as his name is still there. They said he might return to the project one day.
The realm +7 mangers seem to be a little more liberal with the naming of their realms at times. 
I think sometimes the manager forgets to tell support when participants leave and then when support are told they forgot to remove the name. A lot of forgetfulness going around
