It’s not ‘closed’ it’s offline. Could be a visiting family member. Could be an impromptu landlord visit. Why does everything have to be a weird conspiracy?

Personal reasons is not correct. Tristan says that they have internet problems at the moment. They have some faulty equipment that needs replacing that causes the apartment to keep going offline. The manager has mailed them a new part, when it arrives it should solve the going offline problems.
