Regular refers to trust level just like some have Leader, it doesnât matter what subscription level you have, if you are Trust level 3 then you can have your subscription status showing (standard or premium) or you can choose to have Regular, some people choose to have it blank and show no status at all
Sometimes I just turn my title off and pretend to be a freeloader like I just did.
As long as you keep within good politeness and common decency you don`t get flagged. 
It would be great if only that was true, I have had posts flagged on here that have had multiple positive reactions
