i find it strange when you say you dont have access to support . your a subscriber so you do have access along with everyone else. scroll to bottom of main page , click support and ask your question
Support can certainly block e-mail addresses if you spam him with e-mails…
well if thats the case here and they have banned him from contact due to spam then maybe he deserves to sweat and panic lol

das passiert nur weil man keine genaue antwort von vht bekommt würden sie eine normale antwort einem geben müsste man nicht spamen
It is impossible for VHTV support to know when somebody will leave the project. This is a decision the participant will make together with the manager and then manager will communicate it to VHTV.
Only then VHTV support knows. And VHTV support won’t ask managers when person XY will leave the project. This would make no sense.

So I’ve only had good experiences with the support so far. However, I also limited myself to questions that I knew that the support CAN give me answers
I think it is good to see that VHTV participants are free spirited, free thinking persons who ultimately and independently can stand on their own feet and make their own decisions in the end. That makes sense to me.
Yes, exactly that. I have the same experience at the end of the day. Never been a problem for me.
