Actually I do agree with you. Well said. 
Just like Trisha might not know Grayce is her friend Grayce might not know, but I am his friend. 
Trisha tried to convince Stefan to sex, as it seems, but it also seems, that he is pretty much sexually neglecting her, which makes her unhappy.
They had a fingering session last night, but Stefan wouldn’t let her touch neiter him nor her own snatch.
