The Trisha/Julia flat seems to have been removed from the apartment list. 
Julia and Nerina seem to get along well, and with Nerina’s frequent absence, Julia is probably a good support here. 
As far as realm 48 goes, I have in mind, that recently there was a young couple at Henry’s, who behaved like in a casting.
Don’t know if there is a relation, but hope dies last. 
At least Julia seems to be fine!

Last time I saw her was yesterday together with Chyna in the tub. 
I would rather prefer Nerina and Chyna together in the tub ahead of Kano absolutely any day. That is for sure.

I guess she was the second option to closing down, when Alida left for “vacation”.
The thing needs a name, but isn’t it a “use on demand” place for multiple users?
One could make it the “party-zone” for former participants. That could give it a variety.
Totally agree with that. My own suggestions would be Annika, Alida and Shana for example. All three former regular participants and quite heavily reqognized within this platform. Invite these three to the party zone, and then life would be more spirited right away.
