this is another preparation that raises questions for me. I either fry meat and then add water or broth, or I cook meat.
but adding water without the meat being properly fried… and then immediately throwing away some of the liquid (because you added too much) … that feels strange

Remember, this is the now “almost naked chef” Trisha we’re talking about. I think she has made great progress from before!

She has been far more less clothed than this before, so I do not see the complexity in that.

What I meant was that she is more clothed now than “the naked chef” from earlier, but cooks more and “better” food!
