As in our earlier conversation right means right in the picture. As I see it, in the original that strand of hair next to her nose extends to her lower lip, it just appears different in the light. It’s thin and almost invisible, only in front of the lips there is more contrast. Look at it again.
That dark spot is actually the corner of her mouth. Only the tool mistook the strand of hair, those few brighter pixels, as the edge of her lips and created an artificial separation between her lips and the corner of the mouth. She doesn’t have such a spot or deep indentation there.
I took it through a completely different, unrelated photo editor. As you can see in the before and after video, the hair stops right at the bottom of her nose. The tip end of that hair is so blurry that both editors eliminated it, making it just a hair shorter (pun intended). I’ve seen that happen with things like clear glasses frames, as well.
As far as her mouth is concerned, everything that’s in the original photo is in both enhanced photos, as well. It looks exactly the same in the original and both of the enhanced versions, just less blurry, more detail, etc. That hair never made it to her mouth.
