Thank goodness nothing would happen again, Tonk you can’t handle anything, you only let kids come, don’t even let certain people in if you don’t want certain situations

It seemed to me that the guy in the white shirt wanted the others to strip down to undies, and “tired” guy at the window objected, when Rosevelt gave in.
When Tonk came in, he stopped the struggle with calm clear words. 
I guess, that’s why the “tired” guy wasn’t allowed into the tub with Naomi later, when the two others were.
