I doubt that very much they no doubt have a firewall between VHTV and the manager. The contract I’m guessing has a cluse in it that makes the manager(s) responsible for the actions of the participants under their care. The only thing VHTV might have to do after the proper paper work has been given to the is provide any content that may be relevant.
Now I’m not a lawyer but any company would have things in play (as in conditions build into a contract) to protect itself as best as possible.
