In my opinion, this guy, whose name I don’t really want to mention anymore, should be removed from the project. Whoever would do that
Tonk or the manager.
Because if he doesn’t suffer any consequences. I don’t want to know what this cowardly bloke can do next time. Anyone who treats a woman or a weaker person like that should not be allowed to stay and is wrong. I think we can all agree on that.
Unfortunately, however, @jabbath could be right and the matter will come to nothing. That is to be feared.

John, Marth in those videos are manipulative, i do condem the actions of this guy, but Martha is provoking him. they guys is clearly super abset, and keeps telling her do not come close to me, she gets to him while yelling dont hit me, the guy pushes her on the couch and says, i’m not hiting you i’m pushing you,i told you to not come close to me, yet Martha keeps going towards him. in my opinion even tho i never liked that guy, she is the wrong here.

Also if fault is on her side, nothing can justify violence , physical or psychological.
You can argue in civil way and at least break up the relationship

Honestly, i can not have any understanding for his actions. No matter what. She tried to talk with him from the bedroom. She was very calm but he (like always) became violent. And it is not the first time. He does it with her almost every single day. and occasion. I can not agree this time, sorry

yes of course, no way of violence is acceptable, i just say that situation is tricky, the guy is definetely not a nice guy, but also the way Martha behaved is like trying to “inframe him?” (i’m not sure the word for the situation when you create evidence to make one look giulty).

i dont watch the apartment and dont know the daily situations, i remember the guy beat the s__t out of another guy and since than i never liked him,and kinda felt he is trouble.

I understand now. The videos i posted are only showing his violent actions. It started way earlier in the bedroom when she tried to explain that nothing more than a handjob happened. She was very calm and sure that she hasn’t done anything extraordinary wrong. That’s why she was keep going to him to explain

I used to assist women subjected to DV with finding shelters. If it happened in the western world, I’d call the police right away for sure and he would not get away with the violence.

i did see the video, try to hear the best of what i could ( sound is horible and half of cameras in Tonks place the sound is not working properly).
i will say again the guy is an ass, and a trouble and always better to keep those people at distance. also i condem 100% any physical violence.
but throught the discution Martha says i’m scared can i leave, the guy shows her the door and tell her leave, get out, yet Martha does not move.
the guy did not act smartly,most of us wouldnt in that scenario.
the project would be a better place with out him.
yet also Marth is a dangerous woman, i see manipulation,i did not see fear at least in this video on the contrary a provoking situation. she uses key words but doesnt act on them.i feel like Martha knew exactly what she was doing to deliver the message. one thing i kow i would never want to piss of this kind of a woman,you will end up in jail with out even knowing what happen.
