It’s early days for this Apartment but so far there has not been anywhere near the interesting visitors that Dexter was able to attract. If Dexter now sees this apartment as a competitor then that would be bad news. Having said that I suspect they are both ‘Saint George’ managed apartments so that is possibly not the case. Tonk could do a lot worse than asking Dexter for the telephone numbers/contact details of Alan and Nina (and George himself) which Dexter has but who does not seem to have any inclination to invite himself. Could be useful.
