In the last days Realm itās out of the line 2-3 times & those announcements with the Landlord I donāt really believe themā¦ who ever says visit in any Realm followed by Relocation or Realm leave the project I really hope not..
I am sure there are some problems in that Realm..!!

VHTV maybe should be a bit more forthcoming. I doubt anyone here believes that a landlord visit takes at least two days and counting.

Stimmt ich glaube das auch nicht mehr. Weil ein Besuch vom Vermieter dauert maximal eine Stunde.

Anyway, Iām wondering what these ālandlord visitsā mean. I have lived in various rental apartments for 30 years, but have never had a ālandlord visitā. In my case, the caretaker only came once when I asked him to because something was broken.

Somwthing is rong here, and in the coming days something tells me that he is going to move app. Its just to much days off line with a landlord info that nakes no sense on the number off days. Not thefirst time that it says something and on reality means something else. Even Tonk should come here explain i think.

The landlords they never go to apartments unless some tenants complain. If something breaks down they send experts to fix it. In that region every apartment building has a thousand apartments, the Landlord will go to visit all of themā¦forget about that..probably some othersā¦ went but we will never going to know who visited for sure .. Maybe Managers,Rasputin etc..
PS I have thoughts in my mind but i canāt express here at forum

A landlord visit means the landlord comes in and walks through each room to check for damage then leaves 1 hour max
