Even if it is my personal opinion that in a funtioning society primarily the minority should try not to get in conflict with the majority and not the other way around, we are maybe all wrong if we search the guilt for the problems in the tennants. We seemingly all forgot that there is a third party, who has in the end the guilt for that misfit - the managers of that apartment (which run the apartments and work with VHTV) who put the participants together. It must be a s__tty idea to put four totally extroverted persons together with a completely introverted person. So maybe we could all agree to bash the managers for that situation instead bashing one or another participant to calm down the controversy and for the benefit of all five tennants.
thats like blaiming my boss because my coworkers refuse to talk to me. the managers didnt tell them to treat her like an outcast and cannot f___e the roommates to associate with her. their behaviour is purely of their choosing in this situation. there is also no evidence that the project owners in any way orchestrated how theyāre treating this girl.
Thatās not what I meant. If you want an apartment without too much conflicts, you have to show some instinct in choosing the tennants. Itās a bit like putting a mouse and a cat in a cage - the outcome is clear, but itās neither the guilt of the cat nor the mouse, but of the person that put them together in the cage. If you donāt like a person, you try to avoid the communication as good as possible. That is a completely normal behaviour. And if you know that at least three of the other participants in this apartment are involved in the porn business - as well as the managers - , their goal to be on VHTV should be clearly visible making money. So itās even clear why they dislike the other girl when she - even unintentionally - complicates that goal. Thatās why I think itās primarily the guilt of the managers, which should have known that this situation could lead to conflicts. And Iām pretty sure that the managrs are aware of the problems and know that Maple canāt handle the situation. They could for example withdraw her and make her the offer to come back if there is a quieter apartment available. Even the situation in the kitchen is an evidence that the managers donāt take their responsibility for an functioning apartment serious - five persons and only three chairs.
