i will say my view on this.
This change happen for a reason, and one thing is sure they want to force more subscribers.
Simply the previous model stop working in the way they wanted,so they decide to take some measures.
I believe everything comes down to the quality of apartments, and i have the feeling VHTV does know this.
Let me explain.
In the Golden era of vhtv the participant was very organized. they start parties or something interesting in the free cameras and when things were spicing up they were moving to premium cameras (all the participants was doing exactly this) and that was forcing the free loader to sub cause blood was raising and FOMO.
Now days no one denies that vhtv is centuries away from Golden era. More or less everyone knows its a huge clichbait or an endless teasing show.
Most things i have seen is always visible in free cameras. plus the freeloader or the people who is not subing know that at the end they will miss just some teasing (for examples the last 2 weeks of what happening every day in Slamy and Ballerina apt) i gave those examples cause is the ones i catch, probably is way more places.
So how vhtv fights the decline of subscribers? cut of free camera.
in my opinion is very wrong tactic and they have focused in the wrong path. when you forcing something to potential client will backfire badly.

would it not be better to keep the hour and give all cams for that hour ,but what VHTV done have gave people on here more then RLC some apartments you can not get in for free
Hello, I follow this platform from Qatar in the Middle East. It’s good. I already paid subscriptions for it, but when I ended my subscription while I was watching, I was closed and he told me that the maximum is one hour a day. Do you think it’s a good idea, sir? I’ve been watching for years. There were also good apartments. I told friends about it, and they already subscribed to it, but now I’m forced to pay or watch this for one hour? I don’t care about money, but I don’t want anyone to force me to pay. Thank you for the time in the past. I think it’s time to withdraw.

They certainly opened a can of worms. By removing the unlimited free cam options.
But they seem determined to stick to their guns.

I actually completely agree with you. RLC has never been worse than it is now, very little is happening. There are also several empty rooms/beds that they have not been able to fill in the Barcelona “Vacation locations”

They might face some more competition by now as they are no longer the only ones with a nice house and a pool.

It’s called freedom of choice. Because as I said earlier in this thread. If there had been notice about the change to the free cam rules.
Which they did admit was an error on their part, then this chat in the forum, may not have even been started.

I see some of the people here in a well-known electronics store staring at the large flat screens for several hours every day, complaining that they do not stream Netflix and have no sound.

I think one or two changes that should be incorporated into the 1 hour free time 
. Is that the cams are paused until you press play, and make more of the locked cams free as well for that hour.
That might just reverse the exodus, that you’ve created by the introduction of the time limit.

I thought I might take advantage of the 3 days for ‘X’ euros, but I’m blocked from using it. As there’s no promo code, and it says promo code already use.
I like VH and have just signed up for another year. It is the case that in terms of content it has always had quiet periods followed by exciting times. However it must be said that content has been particularly poor recently and the quiet periods are getting longer. All products need review and renewal if they are to remain successful and VH is no exception. The competitions ( like for Valentines Day ) are good but more is required. There is an issue over quantity versus quality and VH should be considering whether they should take more control of apartments eg. should essentially dormant apartments be allowed to continue - they certainly don’t contribute to selling the site. As to free viewers I agree with the hour limit but I would also allow free viewers access to one clip from a selected number from the archive - to show how good it can be!

Cool idea. Make one randomly chosen clip of the archives free for the non paying ones each day
